We can use your Snapper card number to work out what Metlink service you used and at what time. This is very helpful for narrowing down the time and place the incident occurred and retrieve CCTV faster.

Please provide detailed feedback and screenshots if possible. This helps us to fix issues a lot faster when they occur.
