Tawa fixed route feedback form

The On-Demand service has been running as a trial for over two years in the Tawa and Porirua region. The pilot was successful and attracted many passengers; however, it was deemed to be financially unsustainable. 

Metlink is introducing a new ‘hail and ride’ bus service to Tawa, which will replace the previous On-Demand service. This is an interim measure as we transition from the previous operating model to a more standard fixed bus route. This will enable us to replace the service promptly. 

As we develop this service, we welcome feedback about the service, what works for you and what changes you would like to see.
